You have to be kidding me!  What right does Belvin Perry have to issue orders outside the courthouse where US Citizens can exercize their First Amendment right to free speech.  God help us all.

Judge Belvin Perry says that 64-year-old contractor Mark Schmidter violated a pair of his pretrial orders about protesting outside the Orange County Courthouse and sentenced him to just over five months in jail Tuesday for the infractions. Perry's ruling came after a morning-long bench trial.
